All Packages include the following

  • Beautiful Lakeside Wedding Venue
  • Bridal Suite for Bride & Bridal Party, 2 dressing rooms for Groom and Groomsmen
  • 2500 Square foot banquet facility with 1500 square covered patio
  • White resin event chairs & black padded indoor chairs up to Guests in Package
  • Indoor Bar, Gift, Cake and Dining Tables (linens not included)
  • Set up and teardown of all Pine Hill Plantation rental equipment
  • Parking with (1)15 Passenger Van and driver for Shuttle Service
  • Lakeside view and Arbor for use during ceremony
  • One-hour outdoor rehearsal time weekdays before 5pm (provided there are no other event conflicts)
  • Host person on site at all times during events

Carriage House Wedding – $2700

  • Use of Sunset Manor Event Facility for 8 hours with up to 5 hours of Guest Access Time
  • Up to 100 Guests

Deluxe Carriage House Wedding – $3200

  • Use of Sunset Manor Event Facility for 14 hours with up to 6 hours of Guest Access Time
  • Up to 100 Guests

Sunset Manor Wedding – $4300

  • Use of Sunset Manor Event Facility for 14 hours with up to 6 hours of Guest Access Time
  • Up to 150 Guests

Deluxe Sunset Manor Wedding – $5500

  • Use of Sunset Manor Event Facility for 14 hours with up to 6 hours Guest Access Time
  • Up to 150 Guests
  • Patio Enclosure for Covered Tent and Air Conditioning

*  All facility Rentals are for day of usage only excluding Rehearsal Time.

*  Packages that go beyond guest limits will move to the next larger package

*  Additional Guests (over largest group package) are $15 per Additional Guest and includes chairs & tables needed.

*  Event Facility rental at Pine Hill Plantation Does Not Include Decorating  Service, Bakery,  Alcohol, Catering, Linens, Silverware, Dishes, Glasses, Photographer, DJ, Music, Entertainment


Ala Carte Menu

  • Additional Guests (over largest group package) – $15 per Additional Guest
  • Additional Shuttle Van (Includes Driver and Van for Guest Access Time.) – $300
  • Parking Attendant(s) (Per Attendant during guest access time) – $150
  • Additional Guest Access Time (Per Hour) – $300
  • Additional Cleanup/Teardown Time (Per Hour.) – $75
  • Prime Time Rehearsal Fee (Per Hour) – $75
  • Bistro Table Rental each. – $15
  • Access to Warming Kitchen for outside Caterer (must be approved by PHP) – $500
  • Place Setting Rentals (silverware, dishes & glasses) (Includes washing and storing) – $12 per Person

* GA States Sales Tax Applies to all Facility Rentals at Pine Hill Plantation

* Additional fee of $250 per hour that any lodging facility occupancy is over its sleeping occupancy. (This will cover facilities person to be present at time of gathering and additional usage of the facility and grounds.)
