Pine Hill Plantation is an excellent location for Conferences and Corporate Retreats. From Board Meetings, Management Team Meetings, Employee Recognition Events. Pine Hill’s Luxury lodging offers the perfect environment to mix “work and play.” Our flexible spaces allow for a board room environment for 8 to 12 up to conference and training areas for groups as large as 60.

All Packages include the following:

  • Private Use of the 2500 Square foot Carriage House Lodge Conference Facility
  • Use of Rectangular or Round Meeting and Dining Tables and Black Padded Chairs
  • Parking Area and Shuttle Vans as needed.
  • Host Person and Shuttle driver on site at all times.
  • Use of Projector and Flat Screen Television
  • Complementary Coffee and Bottled Water

20 Person Private Conference (2 hour conference, 4 hour access) – $550

40 Person Private Conference (2 hour conference, 4 hour access)  $750

60 Person Private Conference (2 hour conference, 4 hour access)  $850
