- 1991 – Founded by the Kimbrel family in Miller County
- Founded on high quality quail hunting… from horseback and mule drawn wagon
- 1991/1992 Season – Current owner, Doug Coe, began hunting as a customer with Pine Hill… bringing his “best” and “high potential” business clients
- 1997 – Kimbrel family moved hunting operations to Seminole county (current hunting property)
- 2003 – Doug Coe became a 50% partner in Pine Hill Plantation
- 2004 / 2005 – Built new “private plantation” hunting lodge facilities to add a “refined ambience”
- Quail Covey Lodge – ASA Skeet Range – Pine Hill Manor – Grand Entry Drive
- Handpicked by Orvis to be one of 21 “Orvis Endorsed Wingshooting Lodges” = the best in North America
- 2006 – Doug Coe purchased 100% ownership from the Kimbrel family
- 2008 – Appeared on CNBC TV “Power Lunch” hosted by Mike Hegedus
- 2010 – Handpicked by The Baretta Trident Program to be one of only 4 hunting lodges in their North American Upland Bird category
