2008/2009 Hunting Season: Pine Hill Plantation Daily Rates
Quail Hunting Rates • Dove Hunting Rates • Turkey Hunting & Bass Fishing Rates
* Above rates are Daily Group Rates (per person are shown for information purposes only) for one wagon (with horses & guides) for a hunt party of 4 or less to 6.
For larger groups, a second wagon may be added for $3,200 per day.
* Roundtrip transportation from Bainbridge airport (for private aircraft) is $175 for up to 6 passengers.
* Additional guests may be added for $275 per guest per day.
* A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
* The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
* 7% Georgia sales tax is required to be charged in addition to the above rates
* Methods of payment:
- Deposits and Balance prior to arrival are payable by check.
- Pro Shop purchases, shells and other incidentals may be paid by Visa, Mastercard, check or cash at departure.
- We recommend that you present tips directly to the staff in cash however, you may also include tips with any other incidentals to be paid by Visa, Mastercard, check or cash at departure.
Service included with above rates:
- Check-in at 4:00 PM on day of arrival
- Warm-up round of clays
- Cocktails & Dinner from our menu selection.
(any favorites or special needs can be prepared at your request with prior notice) - Lodging the night prior to the hunt.
- Breakfast
- One morning hunt with one mule-drawn wagon, horses, guides, and dogs (preserve hunting license included for group)
- One day hunting (preserve license included) with one mule-drawn wagon, horses, guides, and dogs.
- Lunch
- Check-out (from the Lodge) on day of departure is 1:30 PM (prior to afternoon hunt)
- One afternoon hunt with one mule-drawn wagon, horses, guides, and dogs (preserve hunting license included for group)
- Quail will be dressed and freeze-packaged in coolers on the day of your departure.
- Shells are available at cost.

- $475 per person (double occupancy), $550 per person (single occupancy - limited space available)
- 2 nights lodging (1 night lodging for those choosing to arrive Saturday)
